| 2007 Middle School & High School Nationals Miami Florida March 23-25, 2007 |
| Seven Mojica Judo Playrs joined the over 400 judokas that attended this year's Middle School, High School & Collegiate Nationals. Our Middle School competitors included: Amelia Castillo-44kilos who won Gold, In the 48 kilo weight division Samantha Ortiz & Danielle Delfin. Sammy came home with Bronze & Danielle went home with 4th. Christopher Caballero-44kilo-came home with 7th Our High School competitors: In the 63kilos we were represented by Paula Duarte & Lisa Fasula. Paula brought home gold, and Lisa came home with 7th In 70kilos Vanessa Gonzalez brought home 4th. With her first place finish, Paula Duarte was given the status of All American Athlete and the chance to travel to Austria this summer for training and competition. Mojica Judo is also proud to announce that all seven Mojica Judo players hold a 3.0 and above grade point average in school, they were named Academic All Americans! |
