Mojica Players Ernie Valdez, Mark Hidaldo, Otari Sadov, Tyrone Mendez, Yvonne Carrera, were part of a Team that represented California Judo Inc, at the Ocean State International Tournament. Sensei Mojica was the team coach. The Men placed gold. while the women took silver.
On the second day in the individual competition the Mojica Players Ernie Valdez, Tyrone Mendez, Yvonne Mendez, took home Silver, while Otari Sadov came home with Bronze.
